LaniLocks is not responsible for any overdue appointments. At your first retightening you are told how many weeks you need to wait before EACH retightening. It is your responsibility to book your next retightening. I recommend placing your next appointment towards the end of each retightening. All appointments are first-come, first-serve. If your retightening is overdue, you will be charged an overdue fee.
