Yes, I am a Certified Sisterlocks Consultant and I am listed on the Sisterlocks website. I took the class in 2018 and became certified in 2020. I recently just received my recertification in January, 2025.

New Client Consultations are $150 

Transfer Client Consultations (CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING TRANSFER CLIENTS)

The cost of a new client consultation is NONREFUNDALBE and is included in the starting price for Sisterlocks or Interlocks.

• By visiting my website at WWW.LANILOCKS.COM. Please be prepared to pay the new client consultation fee.
• To book any retightening services online, you must be a current client and have received the “client login” password. This password is not to be shared at anytime. There is a $85 NONREFUNDABLE booking fee required and can be paid using a debit or credit card. 
• Once the day and time has been accepted, the deposit goes towards your service and locks in the day and time which you select. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. 
• If you decide to schedule a Sisterlocks®️ or Interlocks (Microlocks) establishment with LaniLocks, after the consultation which also includes a follow-up appointment for SISTERLOCKS ESTABLISHMENTS ONLY, there is a 50% NONREFUNDABLE retainer fee required that goes towards your quoted price.
• The balance of your quoted price MUST BE PAID IN FULL 1 week before your Sisterlocks®️ or Interlocks (Microlocks) establishment.

Sisterlocks Establishments starts at $1,550 for the first 4″ w/$100 each additional inch up to 10″. $125 each inch after 10″.

Interlocks (Microlocks) Establishments:

• Standard size (bigger than Sisterlocks): $1,250
• Large size: $1,150

for the first 4″ w/$100 each additional inch up to 10″. $125 each inch after 10″.

NOTE: You will have to be able to sit at least 8hrs (per day) for a Sisterlocks or Interlocks (Microlocks) establishment.

No I am not accepting transfer clients at this time.

If you already have locks that were not established by LaniLocks you are in fact considered a transfer client.

ALL Retightenings are a FLAT RATE of $185 up to 4hrs.

Consultations

All consultation fees are non-refundable. Canceling a consultation will require you to pay another consultation fee if you choose to book again.

Retightenings

If you need to cancel your already scheduled and confirmed retightening appointment please do so within 48hrs of your appointment. If you reschedule after your 48hr time frame your $85 NONREFUNDABLE booking fee paid towards your retightening service will then act as your cancelation fee and another $85 NONREFUNDABLE booking fee must be paid to make another appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

No! I only provide Sisterlocks and Interlocks (Microlocks). Currently I am not providing locks styles.

• A consultation fee of $150 must be paid before any services are rendered. THIS FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE AND WILL GO TOWARDS THE QUOTED PRICE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT.
• If you choose to schedule a Sisterlocks/Interlocks (Microlocks) establishment a 50% NONREFUNDABLE retainer is required. This retainer will go towards the quoted price of the establishment.
• A $85 booking fee is required to book a Sisterlocks/Interlocks (Microlocks) retightening. This booking fee will go towards the retightening fee of $185. This booking fee is NONREFUNDABLE and WILL NOT TRANSFER if you choose to cancel at any time.
• If you choose to reschedule for a later date, an overdue fee of $35 per week will be applied to your remaining balance of $100 which is due when services are rendered.

Business Hours:

• Sundays: 9am & 2pm
• Mondays: 8am, 1pm, & 6pm
• Tuesdays: 8am, 1pm, & 6pm
• Wednesdays: CLOSED
• Thursdays: 8am, 1pm & 6pm
• Fridays: 9am & 2pm
• Saturdays: 9am & 2pm

Each time represents the actual appointment times of each client. Scheduling goes out 60 days.
I do not answer any calls or text after normal business hours. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL!

If an appointment is requested after normal business hours, or on holidays, there will be a $150 surcharge. This charge will be included in final payment due. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Surcharge: An additional charge, fee, or tax that is added to the cost of service beyond the initially quoted price.

• Your follow-up appointment will be scheduled 3 weeks after your Sisterlocks establishment.
• You have to shampoo your hair at least twice before this appointment can be scheduled. 
• FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR SISTERLOCKS ESTABLISHMENTS ONLY.

Your follow-up will consist of me checking, retightening, fixing, whatever needs to be done at that time. This service could last up to an hour maybe more.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

You can’t use any products unless your hair is in a condition where it’s needed. AND I’LL LET YOU KNOW IF IT IS. REMEMBER, I KNOW IF YOU’RE NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS.

I ADVISE YOU TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT AT ALL COST. 

NOT FOLLOWING PROPER INSTRUCTIONS WILL CAUSE YOU TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR REPAIRS.

Your first official retightening will be 5-8 weeks after the date of your Sisterlocks establishment and 6wks after your Interlocks (Microlocks) establishment.

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Yes! You are able to schedule, reschedule, and cancel your own appointments.

Any and all appointments that need to be booked or managed by myself upon your request, there will be a $25 Convenience Fee that will be due at the time the appointment is made and/or changed. To avoid this fee, you are required to book and manage your own appointments. 

ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. IF YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS ON TIME, THERE SHOULD BE NO ISSUES. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS. OVERDUE FEES WILL APPLY IF YOU DO NOT BOOK ON TIME. IF YOU ARE OVERDUE DO TO MY SCHEDULE, THERE WILL BE NO OVERDUE FEES.

There will be a $35 Overdue Fee for every week you are past your normal retightening schedule. The longer you are overdue, the longer the service takes.

If you are rinsing your hair, do it 1 – 2wks before your establishment date.

If your dying your hair, 1mth before to give yourself time to treat and manage your color before your establishment. Once your lock journey begins you will not be able to apply any color (rinse or dye) to your hair.

I AM NOT A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST. I CAN NOT SHAMPOO YOUR HAIR. YOU MUST COME WITH CLEAN HAIR.

If you choose to reschedule you will be scheduled for my next available appointment and overdue fees will be applied.

No Shows – PLEASE REVISIT THE CANCELATION POLICY

You can receive $50 off of a retightening if you refer someone to LaniLocks. In order for this to apply the potential new client must have a consultation and Sisterlocks®️, Interlocks (Microlocks), or Braidlocks establishment. Whenever you refer someone this will be honored. Make sure you give them your name.

Yes, I take pictures of my work and post them for marketing purposes. Any other pictures aren’t posted without permission. 

Yes, I do provide services for children. They have to be 10yrs and up and they have to be able to sit long periods of time.

No children are allowed unless they are being serviced.

Yes. There is a table for you to set up your computer and free WiFi. There will be moments when I’ll need you to lean back to work on portions of your head.

Excessive noncompliance of my instructions as your consultant as far as maintenance or constant rescheduling/missed and overdue appointments can result in being released from my chair.
